West Central Research and Outreach Center's Horticulture Display Gardens
This breathtaking garden is filled with colorful flowers, unique plant species, and fresh vegetables. It’s also a kid-friendly spot, featuring a hands-on children’s 
area where little ones can touch, smell, and even taste the fruits and vegetables growing in the garden. There’s a pond, a checkerboard, a bird garden, and a Little Free Library to keep them entertained, too.
Pomme de Terre Overlook & River Trail
Just a short walk west of the display gardens, this overlook offers one of the best views in town. Take a peaceful stroll along the Pomme de Terre River Trail, passing through Pomme de Terre Park, pollinator habitats, and near two of the area’s massive wind turbines. Or just hang out and take in the view.
Morris Wetland Management District
Covering 53,000 acres, this wildlife refuge is a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts. Drive through the wetlands, stop at the observation deck, or walk the trails to spot waterfowl, deer, and other wildlife. Don’t forget your binoculars!
All-season fun
Morris offers something every season. During the winter months, visitors can enjoy snowmobiling and ice fishing, while warmer weather invites hikers and kayakers to explore the area's scenic trails and waterways. Golfers can tee off at the Pomme de Terre Golf Course, a beautiful 18-hole course that offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience for players of all skill levels. This year’s special guests include Romero Lubambo, Clarice Assad, and Matthew Patnode, with additional performances by Marc Widenhofer, Dustin Retzlaff, Diego Silva, and Adolfo Mendonça.
